I use this immediiately after eating or drinking anything besides water - I use Sonicare morning and night for gum health but need to keep from leaving anything on my teeth during the day because of the super sensitivity. I don't have much enamel left so anything can cause a toothache. I don't have to worry about the Tepe wearing off enamel - it's more like wiping off a countertop with a washcloth instead of a scrub brush. I can only use a super-sensitive toothpaste too without chemicals and fluoride. I buy these in multiples and hope they are never discontinued.

Nothing else like it. I've had whole mouth restorative dental work done and needed a special care tooth and gum brush. Bought this one and plan on stocking up with several more. Gentle on gums. Cleans teeth delicately and well.

I love this toothbrush. I do not use it all the time. However, I have had some extensive dental work over the past year.... extractions, bone grafts,implants, etc. (ugh!). This calls for a VERY soft toothbrush to be used either over the area or in adjoining area and this one is great. Also, I tend to be a fanatic in brushing my teeth various times throughout the day. I don't always want to use the stiffer bristles...want to protect my enamel.....so use this as my "go-to" in the off times. Add to this, it's a great gum massager!

This brush is amazing. So, gentle and extremely soft. We tried to find other soft tooth brushes but nothing compares to the TEPE tooth brush. We have patients use it after their perio surgery to not disturb the healing gums. Fantastic product.

Over the years, dentists and hygieneists told me to get a 'soft' toothbrush, and I bought many toothbrushes at local stores that were called soft or even ultrasoft, but they never seemed soft to me. Once I was familiar with the internet, I found these TePe brushes. They are very gentle. I needed them after I had some deep work done to remove placque. After I healed I was prescribed a special gel with a very high fluoride content, and told to brush a second time every night (after I brushed as usual with toothpaste) in order to apply the fluoride. I used this "special care" brush to apply the fluoride and my dentist approved the idea. Using the TePe Special Care Brush I could apply the fluoride with a minimum disturbance to my gums. I wouldn't use this as my everyday toothbrush because I did not feel it cleaned the gumline well enough, but that is a personal choice. In situations where 'special care' is needed, it is the best. I always keep one on hand.
