How do I select the correct size of interdental brush for me?
The best way to determine the right size brush for you is to try all the sizes and see which one works best for you. To this end, we carry variety packs of most of the interdental brushes, which has one brush in each size. We would suggest buying one of the variety packs first and trying them, so that you can find the brush size or sizes that works best for you. Understanding how Interdental Brushes Sizes are classified
Interdental brushes are classified according to ISO standard 16409:2006. The International Standard Organization widely known as ISO, is an international standard-setting body composed of representatives from various national standards organizations. Founded on February 23, 1947, the organization promulgates worldwide proprietary, industrial, and commercial standards. It has its headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. The ISO brush sizes range from 1 to 7. The ISO brush size is determined by the PHD or Passage Hole Diameter in mm. This PHD is the minimum diameter of a hole that the interdental brush will pass through without deforming the brush wire stem.

To ensure convenience, universal availability and save you money on shipping, we only ship via the US Postal Service First Class Mail system. To ensure safe and quick delivery of your order please be sure to supply us with your current and complete USPS postal delivery address - This is vital! When will my order ship?
Our shipping department picks and packages your goods the next business day after your order and ships them out the second day or third day after your order. This ensures accuracy in order packing. Sometimes, this process may be delayed depending on the availability of certain products. If your order will be delayed by more than 5 business days, we may let you know via email.
Where is my order?
We track all of our orders via a USPS tracking number. If you have not received your order yet and are concerned, simply use our 'Contact Us' page to send us a message about your concern. While we are thrilled to have you as a fellow Baystater and potential customer, we do not handle retail sales at our Newbury Street location. Your friendly neighbourhood postal person will bring your items directly to your doorstep.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the personal hygiene nature of our goods we cannot accept returns. We do not accept 'I DON'T LIKE IT' returns. Please make sure that you are familiar with the item you are purchasing before ordering. Please pick carefully! If you have any questions about the suitability of an item - please ASK!
I am confused, which product will work best for me?
We stock a wide variety of products to ensure that you have a large choice, sometimes this may lead to some confusion on which products to order. For interdental brushes we carry variety packs which have one size of each interdental brush in one package. We suggest you order one of these variety packs and try each brush to see which is best for you. Once you have found the best size for your needs, you can order that size in single size packs.Also to make it easier to choose which product is best for you, we have organized all our oral hygiene products by category on the left side of our website, you will find a drop-down menu with all the products we carry listed by type and size. For example you might be looking for thin interdental brushes. In this case you could select interdental brushes, then size: fine (interdental>Fine), here you will find all our fine sized interdental brushes listed by manufacturer. To get a closer look at the brushes simply click on the thumbnail picture and a larger more detailed picture will appear.
Can you tell me where in my hometown, I can find....?
We do not have a geographic distribution of stores that sell the products that we stock. Your best bet is to try a large pharmacy in your area. Also, remember we will ship the product right to your doorstep for just a $2.93, FREE if you order over $25 from us - probably less than the amount of gas you would use looking for it all over town!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship all over the world via first class mail for a flat fee of $14.75 and FREE if your order total is over $100.00. Shipping times vary, but 10-15 business days (Mon-Fri) is typical. Remember your package will have to clear customs in your country and this can take a few days. So far we have shipped to Canada, Mexico, UK, Denmark, Israel, Australia and Hong Kong to name a few.
I can no longer find ....?
Choice is nice, but it can also be bewildering. We carry a large array of different brands of interdental brushes, toothbrushes, end-tufted brushes, floss and other speciality oral hygiene devices in a varity of configurations such as soft, ultrasoft, supersoft, pocket size, travel size etc. Because of this we have made handy comparision charts for you to compare the different brands of items.
