You can order from us in the following ways:

• Online via the website - preferred method - use PayPal, Google Wallet or Visa/MC/Amex/Discover to pay.

When you place an order for a product in any of the ways listed above you are agreeing to buy it for the price stated, subject to these terms.

When you place an order online we will send you and email to confirm that we have received your order. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. If a product is not available we will let you know via email.

Kleenteeth.com reserves the right to cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.

All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

We try to ensure that all prices on Kleenteeth.com are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you have supplied us with. We will then give you the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.

All prices are quoted in US Dollars. Shipping to domestic US destinations.

You must pay for your order before it is delivered and you can do so by PayPal, Google Checkout or Visa/MC/Amex/Discover, Cheque or Postal Order.

Orders will be processed online via PayPal, Google Checkout or Visa/MC/Amex/Discover.

Please make cheques payable to 'KleenTeeth' also remember to include a copy of the order, your contact details and delivery address.

We do not accept cash as a form of payment.

We attempt to keep Kleenteeth.com as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that a particular product will always be available. We may substitute the packaging in which your order is delivered. For example if we are out of 40 packs, we may instead substitute 4 X 10 packs of the same product. If we are unable to supply a product you will be refund any amounts that may have been charged in error or that we are not able to supply.

All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will notify you via email, where possible, and will either refund you for that item or provide you with further information regarding future availability.

Product packaging is subject to change without notice and images of the product or product packaging online may differ from the actual product shipped.

KleenTeeth.com offers a 14 day return policy from the date of purchase for any UNOPENED product ordered from KleenTeeth.com We reserve the right to charge a 20% return fee for any non-defective unopened products returned to KleenTeeth.com. Customers will be responsible for return freight charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Products that have been OPENED will not be resold and therefore are only offered a 50% credit.

Please contact KleenTeeth customer service via the contact us form before returning any products. KleenTeeth.com requires a return authorization number (RA#) for any product being returned. Returns without a RA number will not be accepted. Please provide a sales order number and the reason for return to obtain a RA number. We recommend that you reference your RA number on the outside of the return package and ship via USPS, UPS or Fedex. It is always a good idea to obtain a tracking # for your shipment.

Please understand that returned oral hygiene products that are opened are discarded and as such KleenTeeth does NOT accept 'I DON'T LIKE IT' returns. We do not accept 'I DON'T LIKE IT' or 'OOPS, I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE' returns or refunds. Please make sure that you are familiar with the items you are purchasing before ordering. Also please read the product description carefully before placing your order. Please pick carefully! Please be familiar with the item you are purchasing. If you have any questions, please ASK before placing an order.

KleenTeeth offers a 30 day exchange guarantee for all DEFECTIVE products purchased directly from kleenteeth.com, provided that the product is returned in its original box and includes all original packing material, original manuals and any accessories that came with the item. Partial returns cannot NOT be accepted.

We cannot process any exchanges, refunds or provide warranties for any free or promotional items that may be shipped with your order.

Please be sure to enter your current and correct USPS deliverable address. Any orders returned to KleenTeeth as 'undeliverable' or 'address not known' will incur an additional shipping charge to reship the order.

Kleenteeth.com Responsibilities

Kleenteeth.com has attempted to make the descriptions (including all images) of the products as accurate as possible but we cannot be held responsible for changes in size, content or presentation of products made by the relevant manufacturer.

Because of the nature of the internet, KleenTeeth provides and maintains www.kleenteeth.com on an "as is", "as available" basis and makes no promise that use of Kleenteeth.com will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our internet services for any reason beyond our control.

Kleenteeth.com will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet outages, communication outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject as aforesaid, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Kleenteeth.com excludes liability for loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising, including without limitation any direct, indirect or consequential loss whether or not such loss arises out of any problem you notify to Kleenteeth.com and Kleenteeth.com shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation, including without limitation all liability in relation to:

• any incorrect or inaccurate information on Kleenteeth.com;
• any interruptions to or delays in updating Kleenteeth.com;
• the infringement by any person of any intellectual property rights of any third party caused by their use of Kleenteeth.com or any product purchased through Kleenteeth.com;
• any loss or damage resulting from your use of inability to use the Kleenteeth.com website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control;
• any loss of profit, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from our error;
• any amount or kind of loss or damage due to viruses or other malicious software that may infect a user's computer equipment, software, data or other property caused by persons accessing, using or downloading Kleenteeth.com, or from transmissions via emails or attachments received from Kleenteeth.com;
• all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms which but for this notice would have effect.

KleenTeeth may change or withdraw any part of www.kleenteeth.com or may refuse you access to the web site at any time if we consider it necessary.

KleenTeeth may also terminate this agreement and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access to and use of Kleenteeth.com upon breach of any part of these Terms whatsoever.

Termination shall be without prejudice to KleenTeeth's other rights.

KleenTeeth acts as a principal on its own account and not as an agent for you or any other person.

If KleenTeeth does not enforce any provision of this agreement such will not be considered a continuing waiver.

In the event that any part of these terms is held to be unenforceable, such part will at KleenTeeth.com's option be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties' intentions and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and KleenTeeth and may only be amended in writing. They apply to the exclusion of all other terms or conditions of contract proposed.

Use of Kleenteeth.com and these terms are subject to US law in United States Courts.
