I have used this brush for over 5 years and find it extremely helpful. I routinely use it after flossing to insure proper cleaning of the interproximal area.

I am a 36 year old who had braces late and now have a permanent wire retainer in bottom of top front teeth. I lived in Europe and found this product available. It is the only thing that gets my teeth really clean, so when I moved to the US, I looked for a replacement. I could not find anything this small that was not a glorified plastic toothpick. Thus, I am now ordering these online as the only real option. My only criticism is that it wears out to quickly and could be a bit more robust. I go through 2 or 3 a week; it would be better if each lasted for a week. But, if you have a similar issue this is your best bet.
