LACTONA is the one to get (the other handles aren’t as easy to hold). I have been using an Interplex toothbrush for years, and just switched to the Oral-B. These toothbrushes do very well along the outer gum line of the teeth… I wish I had discovered decades ago these little brushes, excel at getting the spot where the teeth curve into the gum line (between the teeth).

I bought three similar brushes, and this is the by far the best one, because of the two differently angled heads and the shape of the brush tip (Seriously, I will be throwing the other two in the trash).. A dental hygienist (finally” convinced me to do a better job brushing my teeth.. This little brush gets the spots, the electric toothbrush misses, and to compare; it’s faster, and easier than flossing (once you do it a few times to get used to the brush.. Actually, idk if I’m doing it correctly; I put the tip between the teeth at roughly 90° and brush outward (I can feel the brushes at the gum line, and I press slightly and brush away from the gum line once or twice for each spot).

The shape and angle of the brush is fine,enabling the user to reach inner and outer surfaces easily. I am disappointed with how soft and flimsy the bristles of the brush are, which affects how well they clean.

I would like a firmer bristle. If they offered a choice between soft and firm that would be great.

This brush is an improvement the ones I had previously. The brush heads are longer and more flexible than before, which helps to reach all areas around the teeth. The handle feels wider, which makes it easier to hold the brush comfortably. An extra bonus for me is that the handle is a bright, transparent color. This makes it reflect more light, which makes it easier to see if I misplace it.

Hard to find, great to have availability here

I've suffered from receding gums since my early 20s. I went to a very well known and respected gum specialist in london who told me to use this brush twice a day to stimulate my gums. He promised me if I did as he said I would keep my gums healthy and prevent them from every needing skin grafts. A decade later and he was right, may he rest in peace.

These used to be available all over, but in recent years, they seemed to become rarer than a 3 headed turtle! I finally found them! And I would recommend these for anyone that has hard to reach molars. It also has an inner-angled end to get in the inside of your teeth. GREAT product and a MUST have! Even works great for getting in between braces. When mine gets old, I use them for cleaning gems and stones that are in settings....a million uses for these wonderful brushes!

These are great for cleaning hard to reach areas and are simple, straight forward tufted brushes. I believe most folks would find these useful and some necessary!
