I use a flossmate after every meal. I don't care for the new ones I purchased because the pick ends are shaped so wide, a little too wide but they do work.

I have longstanding gum disease. My periodontist gave me one of these in 1985. I am still using that one, but I wanted a backup. This is identical to one I have, except it is red instead of white. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
