    It does its job. Because it's created in the U.S., the material is better and not as flimsy as the same product that's made in China. even after a few months, I'm not worried about it breaking.

    A comment was made earlier that the floss holder does not hold the floss very tight. I have found the trick to that is to wrap 3x around the center hub, then string it across the two arms and pull so the left side arm bends very slightly, creating tension on the string. Then wrap 3 or so times around the center hub. You'll end up with a nice tight string. After several weeks, with constant bending the plastic arm may eventually break, but that's to be expected with any device and why you get several in the bag. With a long handle, this unit allows you to reach rear teeth without any issues and has a wide enough gap between the arms that even large teeth don't present a problem.

    These work very effectively in a small mouth, allow a deep reach back to the rear molars . After many uses the prongs will eventually break or the center wind hub will snap off, which is why you want to get a pack of several. They last a long time however before this happens.
