If you told us you’ve never used a tongue cleaner, we wouldn’t be surprised. Let’s be honest, brushing your teeth is already tedious. Our tongues are warm, wet and ideal for bacterial growth. You might be wondering why you would invest in a Tongue Cleaner when you can brush your tongue with your toothbrush. Allow us to tell you why: a toothbrush is not as effective. Rebalance, refresh, relax

To rebalance bacteria and refresh breath, gently place the Tongue Cleaner at the back of the tongue and without pressure, pull it slowly towards the tip. There’s no need to repeat this process multiple times, because our Tongue Cleaner is so efficient that it cleans in one go! It is important to remember never to scrape too hard. Pressing harder does not remove more bacteria, but can damage the tongue if you’re not careful. Rinse with hot water after use and keep dry. We recommend that you replace your Tongue Cleaner regularly – once a month with daily use and always after a cold or infection.
